The Design And Implement Of College Examination Management System

With the development of China information, information management is the direction ofuniversity in china. Teaching as the central work of the university, the construction ofeducational management information is an important part of university management information,using computer technology to design and development educational management system, whichautomate the examination arrangements, Timetable and performance management become theurgent needs of the educational administration department.This thesis develops a College Examination Management System by designing a completeexamination management process which based on credit mode. The system is organized by examarrangements, exam location arrangements, invigilator arrangements, examination scheduleoutput and candidates list print which can arrange the examination time rational, allocation ofexam classroom and invigilation staff to provide technical support, significantly mitigate theSenate management staff input, check the information and exam location arrangements work theamount.In addition the examination management system is efficiency, quickly, easily and largememory capacity. The system can greatly improve the efficiency and quality of the examinationadministration, is an important way to school examinations normalized.The system uses a distributed architecture to achieve the various functions of theExamination Management System, which is designed by using B/S mode combined with C/Sdata management mode. The system also offers educational administrator and the teachingsecretary of different department to arrange exam time, place and invigilator. The exam resultscan be queried in BBS of college through IIS server. The system uses a spooling technology toimprove the efficiency, applying load balancing mode to achieve balance of system, whichensuring the reliability of the system. This system has considerable practical value to actualwork.
