Intelligent acquisition device is an important part in the monitoring and controlsystem. The smart device and data acquisition systems which are used for industrialmonitoring are in inseparable. In recent years, with the development and progress ofscience and technology, smart devices which integrated related technologies fields ofcomputer, communications and microelectronics and so on become stronger and fasterin data processing capability. Nowadays, a variety of new smart collection devicescontinue to emerge, at the same time, the researchers also developed a more efficientdata acquisition system. In the data acquisition system development topic, we needdeployed intelligent acquisition equipment in the laboratory for testing the reliabilityand stability of the acquisition program. However the establishment of the acquisitionenvironment that is similar to the industrial site will not only consume more humanand material resources but also delayed the system development cycle.In order to the laboratory testing for the data acquisition system is more efficient,the article use a combination of simulation technology and embedded technologiesand curry out research work about intelligence collection equipment simulationplatform. The simulation platform is a hardware and software platform which can runintelligent acquisition device simulation program. Data acquisition software and smartdevices follow certain communication protocol and the simulation program cansimulate the communication protocol. The system can completely replace the deviceand communicate with the host computer in testing of collecting system. It simulatescapability of the device to complete the test of collecting systems.The system use ahigh-performance ARM chip and it has powerful data processing capability andperipheral communication interface. It achieves the function of simulation perfectly.In hardware design, the system divided the overall structure of the system hardwarewhich has serial port, Ethernet port, USB interface, JTAG module and so on. In the design of system software, the platform achieves the transplantation of the Bootloader,the embedded Linux system and file system. Finally, I design simulation softwarethrough the communication protocol’s analysis of one type smart acquisitionequipment, and verify the function of the platform after the testing of the dataacquisition system and acquisition software which is provided by equipmentmanufacturers.The article combines the embedded technology and simulation technology. Itcomes to hardware circuit, PCB production, welding and the underlying softwaremigration related technology. This design simulation platform is an embedded product.If we could improve it appropriately in the latter, as a testing tool, it can be usedextensively for industrial acquisition program test and has good prospect.
