Designing a kind of intelligent control system, lawn mowing equipment, the equipment applies electrical mechanical integration, sensor control technology, intelligent control technology and so on. This paper is mainly designed with embedded STM32F103ZE chip as the core controller of lawn equipment system of autonomous choice, μC/OS-Ⅱ operating system as the software design platform, through the signal acquisition sensors, sent to the STM32F103ZE and making the data processing and control, eventually making lawn equipment control system can meet the design requirements and function. The main design content:Firstly, proposing the overall design scheme of intelligent lawn equipment and design requirements and indicators, and then determining the lawn equipment system ultimately have the function modules according to the requirements and targets, and carrying on the system the core control device selection and relevant peripheral devices selection.The second is the hardware design of the system, including drawing electrical schematics, PCB diagram, and the system board. In the design of hardware system, firstly introducing the intelligent lawn equipment design of car body structure selection and hardware system block diagram. According to the modules of hardware system are introduced the hardware design of power supply module, ultrasonic distance measuring module, electronic compass module, motor driver module, speed detection module etc..Then designing the software of the system, according to the function of each circuit module related procedures, in the design of software system, introducing the function of the target, task partitioning, task design, human-computer interaction, the key function of the content.Finally on the test, the test shows that basic lawn mowing equipment prototype control system meets the design requirements.
