Science and technology are developing rapidly in the world today, people’s quality of lifeare increasing rapidly. The emergence of the numerous highway and viaduct brought greatconvenience for people’s traffic, and followed it is the emergence of tens of thousands of motorvehicles. Motor vehicles created many tough problems while accelerating in the rhythm ofhuman life, the traffic accidents, the vehicle theft problems and other issues are emerging inendlessly, etc. Under such a background, the vehicle management system gradually evolved intoa hot topic of the moment. The vehicle management system of vehicle can effectively andquickly treatment and prevention management problems.With the popularization of Internet andthe maturity of GPS technologies, the vehicle management is also more and more networked.Through the Web application with WebGIS, GPS and other techniques to manage the vehicle hasbecome a trend.This paper used the Django Web framework to develop the Web application, combiningMapbar API with WebGIS technology and UI database ExtJS to complete several jobs as follow:(1) System requirements analysis. According to the actual demands, explore system needsto realize the function and effect, including The GPS monitoring, video surveillance, videoprogram and regional rules set. Analysis the related technologies required to design andrealization goal.(2) The design of system frame. According to the programmer programming ability, choosethe suitable development framework, this paper chose Django Web framework, analysised andidentified system architecture on the foundation of the frame according to needs.(3) Design and implement the core functions. This paper mainly implemented the videoprogram function and vehicle historical track playback function, including the designing of pagestyle and component, data processing and the core algorithm.According to these jobs, this paper designed and implemented a mobile-device’smanagement system. Users can adopt the management system for the vehicle GPS monitoring, video surveillance, video program designation, report query, user registration, device registrationand access to change the operation of equipment.
