In the tradition paper industry, the process control technology has been madesome achievements. With the control of increasingly high demand for cleanproduction and increasing demand, it prompted more and more technology workersto adopt the intelligent techniques when using process control such as fuzzy logic.This paper explains the traditional process control using fuzzy logic reasoning tosolve some of the parameters monitoring problems in the paper mill.First, the batch cooking process based on the purpose of controlling the finalanalysis is Kappa Number Control. After investigation, the lack of reliable, lowcost, high precision sensors and measurement of Kappa number line instrumentsduring the batch cooking process occurs. Kappa soft sensor model of the cookingprocess is used in the paper mill, but its practical operation has been shown in theerror coefficient. Therefore it is needed to be repeated to learn to adjust thecoefficients. This article has introduced the fuzzy logic testing based on Kappa softsensor model during the cooking process, the measurement and control of the newfuzzy approach has come to ensure its control accuracy far higher than the originalcalculation method.Secondly, the analysis and elaboration of the recovery boiler using the fuzzyPID level control is also introduced. According to the characteristics of the paperrecovery boiler control system, the boiler drum level control system dynamiccharacteristics is analyzed, and a system simulation model was set up in MATLAB/Simulink environment. The simulation results between the traditional PID controllerand the fuzzy PID controller show that the fuzzy PID control method for boiler drumlevel control is feasible and its performance indicators are better than conventionalPID control. A good dynamic performance, steady precision and strong anti-interference ability are also shown in the paper. The fuzzy control of itsapplication in the papermaking process will bring the new development opportunities.It will promote the paper production process and the overall technical progress. |
