With the development of market economy and the gradual opening up of the financialsector, the banking industry have changed its role from the traditional "money center" to"customer center". Customer Relationship Management is the system with which thecustomers’ information resources, with the help of advanced computer technology andmanagement theory, can be integrated and shared among all divisions of an enterprise. Theenterprise can find the effective method to manage the customers. thoughtful, convenient, andeconomic products or services for the customers.The bank customer relationship management system is based on J2EE. J2EE belongs tothe layered architecture, the system is composed of four layers: the client layer, presentationlayer, business layer, data layer. The bank customer relationship management system basedon WEB browser implementing customer relationship management system in bank operationinterface, through the HTIP protocol to access the bank customer relationship managementsystem of intermediate layer. Through the JSP,HTML, Servlet, JavaBean as the systemoperational data provide logical view implementation representation layer. Call the sessionBean and entity Bean to realize the business layer. Through the backstage database layerdeposited system operational data and system support data. It uses JSP dynamic webpage andSQL Server database. The bank implements the basic functions of CRM: customermanagement, service management, sales management, knowledge management, productinformation management, performance assessment and reporting statistics. First, the paperresearches the issues background, current situation and significance. Then it studies needsanalysis for the CRM system and overview of the banking CRM system, and analysis of thedata bank contains, describes the inter-relate between data mining and customer relationship.It analyzes the principles of bank CRM. Through research, it sums up the bank specificcontent of CRM, to analyze the use cases of bank CRM. Based on J2EE is designed bankcustomer relationship management system, realized the transit bank dalian branch in theimplementation of CRM system and the application of data mining in CRM, the system USESthe JSP dynamic web development technology and SQL Server as the database developmentplatform, the system is mainly developed branch system login, customer management, branchand function modules, such as marketing plan, the system tested, stable operation, operation is convenient and fast, but the system is not perfect, in the process of specific application, theremay appear some problems, we will constantly to perfect, update our system, make it morepowerful, more extensive application.At present, CRM in the development of Western banks have been widely applied, in thedomestic banks, CRM system use is only a concept, but has not formed a complete,reasonable application system. The traffic bank Dalian branch through customer relationshipmanagement system, to achieve the " product-centric " to "customer-centric " change, throughthe computer system, saves the labor cost, improve the efficiency of the staff, has very highpractical value. The system will be likely to appear some problem during the applicationcourse. For the future, we will constantly perfect and renovate the system. It will becomebetter than before.
