Design Of Assembly Work System For Graininess Filler Base On PLC

This paper studies assembly work system for graininess filler base on PLC. The graininess filler assembly production is suitable for military project petrochemical industry, food grain industries. When process of failure appeared in assembly it will be for sound and light alarm. This assembly line is operating simply operating reliably, easy maintenance and so on.As the development of science and technology, especially computer industry the continuous improvement of the information technology industry. the traditional manual assembly have already can’t meet the requirements choose PLC control is mainly as a high reliability and anti-interference ability programming language is simple.the operation is convenient intuitive reality etc. If use PLC in the granular filler assembly line the labor intensity would be greatly reduced、improve working conditions and improve production efficiency.This thesis have a comprehensive analysis through the granular filler assembly work system. According to requirements of the assembly line five locations,have a choice on S7-300type module.Use of Siemens programming soft-ware Step7，control program control interface through organize software WINCC of assembly line. Finally realize the real-time communication of Siemens S7-300PLC and computer establishment type.Paper finally introduced this system operation and the place of follow-up to improve.
