According to the characteristics and problems of laser cleaning equipment reported.We use dual-wavelength laser output as the cleaning source, a fiber is used to transmit laser power.2-D laser cleaning is obtained with the help of high-speed scanning system and F-Theta lens.Design the dual-wavelength laser is the topic of this paper.Firstly, clear the requirements of the laser cleaning source through the research on the principles of laser cleaning. Secondly, design the dual-wavelength laser cleaning source through the research on all solid-state laser and nonlinear optical frequency conversion technology. The dual-wavelength laser output was experimentally investigated and the parameters were optimized.The output power is28.2W contain9.1W532nm laser at the repetition6KHz, and30.4W-9.0W at8KHz, the power instability is less than1%. Fiber coupling efficiency reach to91%. Finally the large area laser cleaning of rust on the steel and paint on the aluminum and cleaning of copper surface was experimentally investigated.The cleaning experiments show that the cleaner is stability, portable and easy to operate and can improve the effect and efficiency of cleaning effectively and can meet the requirements of industry cleaning.
