Development Of High-Power All-Solid-State Laser Cleaner

Compare with traditional cleaning technologies, laser cleaning technology is efficient and environmentally friendly. According to the requirement of the domestic laser cleaning, a high-power all-solid-state laser cleaning system is reported in this paper.In this paper, the related basic theories are analyzed at first, including the mechanism of laser cleaning, the working principle of laser, and optical fiber coupling technology, etc. Secondly, the high power all-solid-state laser cleaning system is designed, including the design of high power all-solid-state laser, the design of high power laser optical fiber coupling system and the design of laser beam shaping system. Finally, the experiment research of the high-power all-solid-state laser clean system is designed. The maximum output power of the laser is500W, of the coupling efficiency of the optical fiber coupling system is around85%, the laser beam after shaping system can meet the requirements of paint stripping and rust cleaning of metal surface in the industrial production.
