In this paper, on the basis of careful study on spectrum communication and encryption technology, I design a simple, safe, and reliable machines wireless communication solution. In this solution, I use MAC agreement as machines wireless communication agreement. Adopting direct sequence spread spectrum communication to make sure the reliability of the wireless communication. At last, through DES wireless encryption communication technology to achieve information privacy.In this paper, I first analyzed MAC protocols, choose polling way as communication protocol, and design a simple and reliable communications protocols as well as data frame format. Second, on the base of analysis of spectrum communication, I come up a suitable solution than can be realized on FPGA. Finally, based on careful study on the principle and characteristics of DES, this paper puts forward a design scheme that can speed up the process procedure (assembly line was used to optimize the technology).Because the whole system are realized on FPGA, so it can effectively reduced the complexity of communication system and improve the electromagnetic compatibility, making the operation of the system more stable. The function of the system can be modified and upgrade by modifying the program, greatly improving the flexibility of the system.
