Based On Gis In The Design And Implementation Of Land Consolidation Planning Management System

Land resources is closely bounded to national economy and people’s life. Now China is facing the problem of "densely populated and less land". And making use of the land has become the basic goal of the Ministry of Land and Resources. So we need to find the scientific method to manage the land recources effectively. With the development of GIS technology and great importance is attached to the land recources, it will become the invetible trend of introducing GIS technology to land arrangement.Therefore, it becomes more and more important to speed up the informatization of land arrangement.This paper uses the second development of GIS technology, computer technology and the land consolidation planning evaluation theory knowledge and established the land consolidation palnning and management system based on GIS, realized the land consolidation successful assessment, land development and planning, land use structure optimization, land development and potential analysis, project design, achievements management etc. The article first briefly introduces the subject research background, the significance, the domestic and foreign land consolidation on the progress of the technical route and study method; Second, it establishes the key technology used in the system are introduced, and then the system demand on the basis of analysis of the function of the system structure, development platform, the development way of database and the overall design of the organization to carry on the design; Again, the system of the detailed design, including the land consolidation planning data that the detailed design, data pretreatment and system function of the basic functions and the professional functions, land consolidation success in the degerr of application of this system, to easy master the scientific progress of land consolidation, and BP neural networks into the system, complete prediction for all types of land area in the system to make the predictions more exact and scientific, and provide a basis for the optimization of the structure and land use planning in the preparation of land use; Finally, the system function is realized.
