Reform,innovation and the realization in the management modernization isimperative.As a consequence, the system is designed based on B/S structure of informationmanagement system. It will integrate the scattered database in different structures through theunified standard way, aiming to improve the working efficiency of the informationmanagement so as to facilitate leadership more image more intuitive to understand villagers’management information, realize the dynamic management, decrease the quantity of Labourmanagement, reduce the statistical information’s mistakes and reduce the cost in personnelmanagement.This essay introduces the comprehensive management information system dynamicresearch in villages.First is the system planning and the selection, from advanced, openness,effectiveness, sharing, safety, ease of use and operation of the whole platform for selection, tobuild server platform and network environment, and in the server architecture and selectionuse the three layers on the application system, carry on the thorough analysis presentsituations and needs of the file management in ShouGuangShi villages, make a constructionplan based on B/S structure of information management system, realize the ASP.NET andSQL Server system implementation. Strong background management function, modulardesign, have information collection, audit, release, online interaction and other functions,become the window to the public full understanding of villages outside, and promote foreigneconomy, technology and villages in the cultural exchange. And at the same time, the processof realization on system analysis, functional design and database design is described and therealization of the function of the system and the system test etc. are explained in the paper.
