Design And Implementation Of Smart-House Monitoring Prototype System

Since the information time came to people’s lives, the computer technology,network technology and controlling technology have developed greatly.People wishtheir life more confortable and more intelligent.Depending on SmartHouse technology,we can connect various of household appliances to a common intelligent system,inorder to finish the centralized monitoring for our house in different places,whichrealize people’s wishes for their lives.First, the whole system architecture is designed, and we design the mobile phoneclient software based on Android system, the main controller system based onARM-Linux, and the household wireless network based on ZigBee overally. Thispaper designs a mobile phone client software based on Android system, and designsthe user interface and the communication mode of the client. The user interface of theclient is very nice and can be used very easily, and the client has a stable and reliablecommunication with the server, which makes the users can monitor their houses easilyat any place where the internet can be connected. The paper designs the maincontroller based on ARM-Linux, including the design of the main controller hardware,transplantation of embedded Linux system,transplation of embedded web serversoftware, and the application program, which makes the main controller have a stablemonitoring function and served as a server with good performance. Finally, the paperdesigns the household wireless network based on ZigBee, including the software andhardware of the node based on CC2430chips, which makes the wireless network cancommunication stablely and realizes the nodes’ mobility, avoiding the complexityand high cost of wiring.The Smart House system in this paper takes advantage of wireless householdnetwork,which enhances the flexibility and mobility of the system. We design niceand convenient mobile phone client,which makes the users monitor their houses easilyand conviently without using personal computer or writing complex short messages. We make the remote monitoring for the house easier and more convenient.
