Automatic test system that is refers to use the computer control and be able torealize the system automation, also there is called a kind of system which canautomatically complete incentive, measurement, data processing and displayinput/output test results. Automatic test system has numerous features such as highprecision, high speed, multiparameter, multifunction. The Intelligent ATM test controlsystem designed to provide an automated test program of bank ATM automaticallycounter machine. As the particularity of the banking sector, the existing automated testtool software donate meet the requirement of the Automatic Teller Machine testing,our design decision has coming into being.The hardware equipment of the systems contains: Kawasaki-six-axis-robot,PanasonicFP series PLC, HMI (Human Machine Interface), the PC controllersever(Windows NT4.0or higher), C81series Automatic Teller Machine. Thenetworked control ling contain RS232Serial Communication and EthernetCommunication.The layer of our software is the focus of the whole design as well. There arethree main modules: such as control module design, the network communicatingmodule design and the ATM’s information capture&analysis design. The systemadopts the C/S mode, which is also known as client/server mode, the architecture is aclassic mode, which plays an important role in the remote monitoring and remote faultdiagnosis system under network. The system achieves the purpose of controlling asix-axis robot in remote control, can complete the operations, such as inserting thecard, receipting the card, pressing keys, etc. in ATM automatic counter instead ofmanpower. And through entering the test case scripts, the system will complete thetest cases automatically,and it will also monitor and feedback the information such asthe ATM operational information, fault information, etc. in real-time.The test system will not only effectively reduce the fatigue of the techniciansof ATM testing behaviors, but also improve the pressure and intensity of the ATM testing, so as to improve the reliability of test data, etc., really achieve and reflect theintelligent Measurement and control system.
