The development process of servo products is of systems engineering of cross-subject. Along with the development of Aerospace technology and more and more development tasks rising, servo products are becoming more and more complex. The period of development and manufacturing is required to be shorter and shorter, products quality higher and higher. To fulfill national tasks and survive in competition, it is a must to realize informationization and digitalization to speed the response to development tasks, to enhance the control ability of processing, to shorten the production period and to improve products quality. Informationization and digitalization are very important methods to motivate productivity development. They are core competition of an enterprise. And they also a key part of the aerospace enterprise develop stratagem.This paper works on servo products design and manufacture integration frame, focusing servo products design and manufacturing integration structure. Analyzing the specialty of servo products development and the organization structure of aerospace enterprises, aiming at where it should be improved within current business processes, learning from advanced digital systems of domestic and oversea, a design proposal of servo products design, development and manufacturing is presented, which makes overall plans for digitalizing in design and manufacturing processes.Through the analysis of the present situation, combined with the digital foundation, for get through the data flow for the design, manufacturing, the effective management of data during product development will be realized. Also traditional research on servo products process is analyzed, the whole process of the development of digital conditions process is proved, the system and four subsystems function requirement is analysis, and the relationship between the four subsystems is discussed. This paper pays more attention on servo products design, manufacture of system integration design process, and analyzes the design, process, production and operation of the process integration between the plan design, it is concluded that the servo products design and manufacture of integrated digital process.
