| Servo system of the compact disc storage device is the combination of fine machine and computer control, gathering high tech such as laser measure or tracking position and DSP application. This paper analyzes the structure and principle of CD-ROM servo system in detail, giving an example of VCD player, also analyzes its mechanical structure, electrical structure and common model of system. At the same time, it is mentioned in this paper that the control target and control method of the system, and DSP achievement of system digital controller . Referring to MCU-DSP as control scheme and I2C bus as communication interface of MCU between DSP, basing on the simple introduction of I2C bus, the author recommends the achievement of MCU software of system servo control in length, gives the main program frame of system's MCU software and corresponding program flow chart to each servo module , and analyzes the working process of program while programming essential servo control MCU software. On the base of existing hardware flat, the author achieves anticipate experiment result through emulation and debuging the program. At the end of this paper, the author makes a expectation for development foreground in this field. |
