Networked Manufacture is an advanced manufacturing mode that is based oncomputer technology, network communication technology and manufacturetechnology, which could be conducted as trans-territory or trans-regionalmanufacturing. In the networked manufacture environment, the enterprises couldconduct their business activities, which may cover production procedures partly orcompletely along with the production life cycle. In this case, the business activities ofthe networked manufacture enterprises might be reorganized with differentconnections, including joint production R&D, joint productions design, jointmanufacture, and etc. All in all, networked manufacture enterprises will be based ontheir core competitiveness, form a strong and complementary union. In this way, thenetworked manufacture enterprises could promote their competition with low-cost,high-efficiency and high-quality of manufacture. Networked manufactureenvironment is comprised of many manufacture enterprises based on theirdemand-supply relationships. As a matter of fact, each enterprise is an important nodein the network. On one hand, networked manufacture enterprises play the role ofsuppliers that provide various manufacture resources to the downstream enterprises.On the other hand, networked manufacture enterprises also play the role of demandersthat demand necessary manufacture resources from upstream enterprises. In this way,the supply-demand relationships among enterprises in networked manufactureenvironment are multi-layered. Accordingly, the supply-demand relationships amongnetworked manufacture enterprises can be one-to-many, many-to-one, andmany-to-many relationship. Moreover, the supply-demand relationships can changedor reconnected as manufacture demand changed or production technology updated,which is the driving force to keep networked manufacture promoting and developing.Hence, in order to meet the actual information needs cooperation of networkedmanufacture enterprise supply and demand, cooperation information push tactics wasproposed based on the networked manufacture.The main research results are as followed:Firstly, the networked manufacture information service was studied from theapplication and the technical two aspects. And three information push technologywere studied: content-push technology, collaborative filtering push technology andhybrid push technology.Secondly, on the basis of networked manufacture, network manufactureinformation demand was analyzed. And then, the paper studied the supply-demand structure of networked manufacture enterprise and the supply-demand informationneeds of network manufacture enterprise. And the supply-demand cooperationnetwork of manufacture enterprises and its evolution was explored.Third, according to the information demand characteristics of networkedmanufacture enterprise, the structure of networked manufacture information servicepush system is proposed. And then the author discussed networked manufacturesupply and demand model and enterprise model. As the focus of the paper, networkedmanufacture supply-demand information push tactics was proposed, which includecontent-push tactics and collaborative-filtering push tactics. Thecollaborative-filtering push tactics is subdivided into general push tactics andprecision push tactics, which will be used to push networked manufacture information.Products information push tactics, the supply-demand structure information pushtactics and hybrid information push tactics.Finally, taking Yearbook of Automobile Industry2011and portals of networkedmanufacture enterprises and portal of manufacture industry as the information source,the author make an empirical study based on the supply-demand relationship of theselected automobile sealing-parts manufacture enterprises. The author makes ancomparative analysis of content-push tactics, collaborative-filtering push tactics inorder to verify its efficiency and effectiveness.
