Building heating systems, air conditioning, energy conservation is an important part of building energy efficiency, and can be adjusted to achieve the water flow is an important means of building energy consumption. The design for the existing central heating in public buildings can not be adjusted flow problems exist, a study design based on the weather conditions to automatically adjust the heating flow controller, the indoor temperature is kept at a comfortable range.This paper describes the overall system solution, based on the design of the flow controller hardware, some software modules to complete programming and testing. Hardware design, selection of system components and function were introduced, the temperature detection circuit design, human-machine interface circuit, Lonworks communications interface circuits, the control signal output and the MSP430F149microcontroller and its peripheral circuits, and describes the hardware platform used, including the main control chip platform, and communication module platform. Software design are described in various parts of the system of processes, the software system described in detail, the application of IARs C430integrated development platform to complete the main modules of the system programming and debugging. And ultimately the software testing.The design of the software part of the design include the software requirements analysis, detailed design and implementation of two parts, hardware systems by supporting the elaboration of a software system is mainly to clarify the function needs to be done, the software function modules of the system after the effective division, control procedures were completed system design and preliminary design, and network monitoring node design temperature specific software.This MSP430F149microcontroller-based design flow controller achieves the heating of heating energy. It provides a viable and effective solution with better relevance and application.
