Nowadays, with the rapid development of global information, office automation (OA) as a new way to office has become an effective means of improvement the market competitiveness. Analyzing its requirements and planning information future, HuiNing Group want to build a scientific OA business collaboration platform to ensure its sustainable development. The main work of this paper is to implement the requirements analysis and design of OA business collaboration platform for HuiNing Group.Firstly, the objectives and key points of OA business collaboration platform construction for HuiNing Group are proposed, using the advanced experiences for reference in combination with the actual operation.Secondly, on the basis of clearly defined objectives, requirements analysis of OA business collaboration platform for HuiNing Group is made from both of the functional and non-functional requirements, using a combination of UML and the structured document standards. Multi-tier architecture is described clearly by system architecture diagram. Description of the entire platform requirements analysis is realized by using case diagrams, flowcharts, timing diagrams and other modules.Thirdly, overall architecture id designed, and parts of the function modules are implemented in detail according to the requirements analysis. Overall architecture makes a brief analysis of design objectives and principles, and achieves the designs of technical architecture, application architecture, deployment architecture and system security architecture. Author is involved in the detail designs of database, data exchange interface module, and so on.After the test and trial periods, OA business collaboration platform for HuiNing Group is officially put into use.
