The Design And Implementation Of Teleconferencing Collaboration Cloud Platform

With the development of economy,there are more and more business activities in the process of enterprise operation.It is more difficult for the multinational corporations to fully complete the work during the business trip within the limited budget.to meet this requirement,we developed a new WebEx conference collaboration system based on the multimedia technology and communication technology in CISCO,which can support us to communicate and collaboration each other in the work vie Internet.As the most important part of the SaaS layer of the conference system,the remote conference collaboration cloud platform is a platform combining the full businesses from the final client order to the customer service operation billing.This platform mainly achieves the functions,such as the conference collaboration function achieved by Red5 framework for the client product order,and the order and customer data processing function for the backstage operator.Also,in the background,the billing and batch processing can be conducted according to the usage behavior of the customer to form the bill and send it to the customer.This platform is deployed in the Linux operating system.The Java language is adopted to achieve the upper server application functions as well as the client function with the ActionScript and the Flex.In the billing collection and batch processing function,the decoupling with upper application is considered.Also,the overall cloud platform load performance is developed and achieved through the combination between C/C++ language and ORACLE database memory process.The target customers of this platform are enterprise users,so there are very high requirements in security and stability,which are arranged distributedly in different physical data centers.Therefore,through Dell SharePlex,the synchronization and backup of the database are achieved in the cloud platform to effectively protect the operation stability and data safety as well as performance for the billing and price.In the application layer,the full account is taken into the need of business expansion.The application layer is achieved through the J2 EE technology with strong scalability and security.Also,MVC structure is adopted in the development structure,which fully meets the need of system expansion.This paper analyzes the development and background of the remote conference collaboration cloud platform,and discusses in detail the research plan and development process of the portal,management,conference and billing module,especially describes the key technical points in the cloud platform.Through the black box test and white box test is used to prove a real demonstration of the stability of the cloud platform.The cloud platform supports complex business features,flexibility and mixed network environments,unified user management and end-to-end process control,and efficient support for remote online collaboration capabilities,while it is also compatible with heterogeneous system deployments and high concurrent network environments,Providing high availability SaaS services to protect the customer experience.
