On the basis of finding the illegal users, thissystem can change the illegal users into legal users. Therefore, this will not onlyincrease income but also ensure the service quality of legal users.At first, this thesis is devoted to an introduction of the system developmentbackground, significance and current development situation in the correlative field ofillegal agency in home and abroad. Based on a systematic analysis of users’requirements, the working principle and problems needing resolution of the system are elaborated in detail. The overall constitution, function and working process of thesystem has been put forward on the principle of analyzing the system. B/S three layerarchitecture is adopted in the system. In order to realize function of system easily,only a little of business work need the browser to deal with, most of the business logicis implemented by the server. The whole system is composed of system managementand functional management. This thesis mainly introduces system managementmodule, monitoring module of agency and advertisement information push module.System management functions include user logging-in, device management, regionalmanagement, database management, privilege management, identity authenticationand so on. The functions of monitoring and restricting illegal users have beenachieved by monitoring module of agency, which can generate operation report formsautomatically so as to help users analyze statistically business easily. Advertisementinformation push module realizes push function of all kind of advertising messages.With the aid of telecom operators’ technological superiority and large customers,advertisement information push module will be able to find out the situation of userlogging-in, browse, searching and so on, and then the specific advertising content issent to the browsing page forwardly.These functions designed and realized in this thesis have been validated in reality,which has achieved the anticipated goal.
