Analysis And Design Of China Unicom’s Broadband Business Platform

Small or middle scale enterprises take very important position in our national economic, however, the whole informational level is a little low, which limit the further development Aiming at the low level of Small or middle scale enterprises at informational professional knowledge,china unicom launched "Broadband Business Platform "project, front-end engineering is based on B/S framework,which supply deposit software applications.such as HR、HR、CRM、JXC、office OA.But the applications are short of the custom-tailor expansion、configuration,which are notavailable for the business development and strategic requirement.So china unicom deploy SaaS (software as a Service) mode to reform existing system.As the main stream(Multi-tenancy),whose core idea is enhancing the resource use ratio effectively while reducing the cost of deployment and management by the multiplex of system software and hardware.This paper discusses the application of SaaS in the broadband business platform of China Unicom, and focuses on the following points:1. Discussion and study of broadband business platform system and architecture.2. Description of business of operator platform and technical theory which are based on SaaS mode broadband business platform; analysis of the challenges the multi-tenant character of SaaS mode poses for database security and its countermeasures; design of broadband business platform.3. Discussion of the characteristics of SaaS mode and the inspiration it sparks for the development of operator business model.It is my sincere hope that this paper will promote the development of China Unicorn’s new business and operation support work through the analysis and design of SaaS in the construction of broadband.
