With the continuous development of mobile communication technology in recent years, people are experiencing the convenience brought by faster mobile network speed and meanwhile the requirement of mobile communication quality is becoming higher. At present,3G network is popularized into people’s day life and4G network is also making experiment in big cities. And the laid of network equipment is becoming more and more complete. Therefore, how to do network equipment alarm monitoring both in3G and4G and ensure the steady and safety of network running becomes the most important problem for telecom carriers.This article is based on the demand for3G,4G network management from China Mobile, designs and realizes the TD-LTE network alarm monitoring management system. The system aims to monitoring the alarm and configuration information from two types of network and equipment supplied by Huawei and ZTE companies to complete the optimization of network. The whole system function frame is divided into three parts like data acquisition, data storage and data analysis. Data acquisition works in the background, responsible for acquiring the data from network equipment and parse into maintenance personnel need. Use CORBA Itf-N to collect alarm information. Use multi-thread to realize the two ways of acquiring data, real time collecting and cycle time collecting. It can not only monitor network equipment’s working situation in real time, but also make sure the veracity and integrity of equipment data. Use FTP to get the configuration information files. Use memory to handle acquired data to overcome the shortcoming of low speed handling by database. Data analysis is responsible for analyzing the data stored in the database, making the statics, analysis and report for real time alarm, history alarm and stop alarm, and checking the configuration information between the equipment and resource management. Data storage is responsible for storing the operation data of network equipment and playing the role of linking the data acquisition which works in the background and data analysis which works in the foreground for data sharing. Use SQL SERVER database to store network equipment data. Use VS2008to be the develop platform and C++to be the develop language.The system designed and implemented by this thesis has been employed by China Mobile in one city for about3months. The real time collecting delay is less than2seconds, the cycle of collecting is3minutes, the amount of alarm is about5thousand per day. Checking configuration information will be done one time per day and takes5minutes to go. System performs reliable and steady, satisfy the design of alarm monitoring system.
