The Research And Implementation Of Key Modules Of Subway Integrated Monitoring System Based On OPC UA

With the enhancement of our country‘s economic strength and accelerating process of urbanization,more and more people are flocking to the city,which causes heavy traffic in the city.In this case,the appearance of subway provides an effective way to relieve traffic congestion.The subway is playing more and more important role in urban construction and development,So more and more cities begin to build the subway.The subway has become one of signs of urban modernization.With the rapid development of subway,we put forward higher and higher requirements for subway integrated monitoring system.The subway integrated monitoring system is the main control system,which can monitor and control subway in time.The study of subway integrated monitoring system can improve the level of subway operation management and ensure safe operation of subway.The study can provide reference advices for future metro construction,so the study of subway integrated monitoring system has important application value.This paper focuses on the actual project of subway integrated monitoring system,and mainly studies the realization of two key modules of subway integrated monitoring system,the realization of alarm and log.Firstly,the OPC UA to be used in this paper is summarized.We introduce the cause and concept of OPC UA,and study the based component,technical specifications and server‘s address space.In addition,we also describe the advantage of the OPC UA.The study of OPC UA laid technical foundation for subway integrated monitoring system.Secondly,the paper introduces subway integrated monitoring system.We describe the basic function,application environment and module division of the system.In addition,we analyzes system‘s architecture and development platform.Next,the paper mainly studies the realization of two key modules.We analyze the function and structure of modules,and we also study modules‘ overall design and implementation.We test the specific function of modules.Finally,we study the specific application of the OPC UA in monitoring system,and analyze the role of OPC UA in data acquisition and communication between modules.The paper finishes the development and implementation of alarm and log modules.Combined with other modules,we build running environment and test the function of alarm and log modules.By studying the OPC UA,we developed subway integrated monitoring system‘s client and server,and finished data acquisition of bottom equipment and communication between modules.So far,the first phase of R&D has finished,and the system passed simulation test.The function of alarm and log meet customer‘s requirements basically.Next we need to continue the second phase of R&D,and to finish other modules‘ function.
