Analysis And Design Of Erp System For An Automotive Electronics Enterprise

ERP is the all-round and systematic management platform based on the thinking of system management for providing decision-making,planning,control and performance evaluation to enterprises, its purpose is to support enterprise development strategy, enhance core competitiveness.Beijing MaiNico electronic technology limited company is a small and medium-sized high-tech enterprise, committed to the automotive electronic products development, production and sales, with strong enterprise information management system requirements.This paper carries out the research with the core content of ERP system requirements analysis and design and the background of enterprise ERP.Due to MaiNico is an enterprise for automotive electronic products and the whole design and production need to meet the technical specification of ISO/TS16949:2002. Therefore, this paper firstly analyzes the characteristics of ISO/TS16949quality system, and imports the requirement of quality system and product quality planning APQP into the design process to ensure the quality efficiency and rationality during the development process.Secondly, with the UML language and needs analysis tool, to the enterprise system functional requirements and non-functional requirements are analyzed in detail, in order to take MaiNico existing network hardware environment as the basis, is determined based on the B/S pattern of ERP system structure, and the whole system function of the reasonable planning. Then, to complete the main function of the detailed design, and in this paper illustrated based on J2EE, using Oracle as background database warehouse management function of the detailed design method and process. This paper carries out the operational testing and performance analysis for the main function preliminary realized. After testing, the system structure is reasonable, the function is practical and stable and it can meet the actual demand, the quality planning mechanism can effectively guarantee the development process.ERP system in Beijing MaiNico electronic technology limited trial run results show, the ERP system implementation, effective ISO/TS16949technical specification to carry out the various departments of the business process, taking the ERP system electronic platform effectively assist the quality standards for continuous improvement. System application will promote the enterprises to reasonable utilization of enterprise resources, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, will also effectively support the development strategy of the enterprise.
