With the rapid advancement of science and technology, the prosperous development of the world economy and the improvement of the people's living standards day by day, Individuals and enterprises have higher requirements to computer technology applications. In the era that internet technology changing rapidly,the applications of various MIS (Management Information System) which centered on data business and the network are constantly promoting the development of enterprises and improving their management and decision-making level. In domestic and foreign automobile market fiercely competitive circumstances, the modernization and informatization of the automobile enterprises will also become its new resource and breakthrough point of the corporate profits. Automobile companies not only continue to adapt to the development of market economy but also need to convert the marketing model to make its marketing management towards information management.Automobile marketing management system is developed after full market research by the latest software technology on the basic of the present domestic and international development situation of the automobile enterprises'informationization and today's automobile marketing mode. According to the actual business needs of the automobile marketing management and after analyzing the automobile marketing's sales process and business functions, the web-based B/S three-tier structure has been proposed, and in which the client can be very convenient to complete data entry, information browsing, query, and others through the internet browser function. Using the B/S structure terminal system has greatly improved the flexibility and remote browsing speed of information collection. On the basis of the technical theories related to the B/S's three-tier software structural models, the general framework and systems architecture of the marketing MIS (Management Information System) have been designed, which is suitable for the automobile enterprise's development. the general requirements of the automobile marketing system has been abstracted on the basis of enterprise's current business situation and features and the architecture,the function,the backend database and the safety control technology have been designed. Adopting B/S three-tier structure, almost all the work such as development, maintenance, etc. has focused on the server side, which make upgrades maintenance easy and greatly reduced the cost of system maintenance and upgrades. Because of the strong net technology the system development is becoming more and more efficient, convenient and powerful. Marketing management system of the Automobile enterprise has been expounded from the needs analysis, data structures design, business logic analysis and other aspects and analyzed the security control technology from business and technical aspects. The movements of the Dynamic permissions and security log management effectively prevent the operation of the illegal users and the unauthorized users, and also promote its security audit capacity to ensure its safe operation and data security.
