The end of2010not only welcomes a heated wave of job-hunting programmes of many TV regions, but also the blast suggests a "job-hunting" hot pick in China after "talent shows" and "blind dates". However, this phenomenon is nothing new in China. As early as2003, there was a series of this sort of programmes and it raised the same hot wave in China. But it soon disappeared from the public sight due to its average audience rating. This time of revival reflects new changes in China’s TV entertainment programmes. By analyzing its changes we can help promote the development of TV media.This essay will target on the media presence of daily "needed" and its mutation based on cases of nowadays job-hunting TV programmes and will conduct comparative analysis of each channel based on other researchers’findings and gained research data, to explore the concrete presence on daily "needed" media. Particularly, this essay will take "job-seeking" programmes, new favourites of recent TV programmes, as examples, to study their new changes and new trends in media presence. Further, on purpose of finding specific features and bottlenecks that constrain the development of TV programmes, this essay will provide advice on which can satisfy the public’s "needs" and make job-hunting programmes better served the public.
