In 21th century , the competition among medias is becoming more and more strong. As an important strength in the market, New Media privides new feelings for people, such as Internet, SMS, Digital Television and IPTV. They all have set up a new field . In this situation, traditional medias have to change. They try to use advanced technology of New Media, in order to supply support for their content producing. Because of that, TV programmes' morphology within SMS are becoming more and more popular. "Send message to X X X "is one of the most familiar sentence to audience now.In our country it's a huge field of TV programmes' morphology within SMS , which can be divided into different kinds. Accoding different way of attending , different time of attending and forms of expression, there're different morphology of progammes. TV programmes within SMS give innovation to programmes' morphology, enhance interaction with audience , provide a new income for TV programme, and bring many discussions about audience's right of communication. But at the same time, because of the market's defect, many problems come out. The black sheeps among the SMS in TV, send out bad influence. If we want to keep developing of SMS in TV, we have to take the right remedial steps.It can help us to get pratical kownledge that analysising and summarizing the phenomeon of SMS in TV, considering different morphology and effects , finding out advantages and problems.
