During the20years of the development of China communications, telephone use to be luxurious in the past now has become essential house necessaries, the demand of development is extremely rapid. It is a huge opportunity for business, but also brings the inevitable problems to communication companies. Such as the increasing number of users and the competitive promotions are vital, the traditional man promotion is no longer good enough to grab the requirement in this modern society. Promotions by electronic and the intelligence are the preferred choices in this matter. As a result, the business auto process has been reaching its unprecedented height and it has been assigned to the industry of communications system.Automatic Order System is proposed based on the customer business needs, which means the system uses the shortest time to meet the needs of users through the corresponding communication device. For such an important system, a comprehensive testing is necessary before the formal application, otherwise, the consequences of failure occurs at the last moment, not only it would fail to satisfy customers, but also waste time on hiring more people for the remedy, it is that sort of disaster we should avoid. On the other hand, Automatic Order System has multi functions and large scale. It is important to us to have a piece of fast and perfect test case generating process to deal with the production practices.UML is an important modeling tools and techniques. It can analyze and find out inter-relations in the system through UML modeling software system, and form the test relations. It is an important method of software testing. In this paper, study depth testing techniques, propose a modeling to Automatic Order System, and design test case generating process based on UML. The test case generating process is:First, to collect the analysis of the functions of Automatic Order System, and to obtain UML use case diagram, we give some additional descriptions of the use cases for searching analysis class to identify UML class diagrams. Create the UML activity diagram to model the complex steps in the operation. It can clearly identify the serial and parallel activities. Then, combine the use case diagram and class diagram and activity diagram which describe the static behavior and the dynamic expression of the complex to in-depth analyses using UML interaction diagram-communication diagram and mark an Automatic Order System with other systems for the detailed interaction information. Finally, use cases are generated by making and traversing a test scene with the combination of communication diagram and Automatic order system’s database.Example verification and theoretical analysis show that UML models analysis the various structural objects and the complex relations from different levels and perspectives. Especially communications diagrams’ messages provide data flow and control flow, and generate test cases before the formation of the program code. The testing process is made prior to the early stage of the development. The test process on UML is more easily meet the requirements of test. It is good at integrity and scalability.
