The Study Of The Information Dissemination Mechanism And Transmission Mode Of NSFC

The social and economic environment of China has been changing constantly,since the Reform and Opening-up. The slogan that "Science and technology areprimary productive forces" has been known general, result in social andtechnological progress accelerated. The National Natural Science Foundation ofChina, an important support of national science and technology, play a veryimportant role in funding basic research, promote the rapid development ofChinese science and the promotion of economic and social progress.What is the transmission mechanism? It is the interaction between variouselements of communication in the communication process. The author believedthat to establishing the mechanism should be based on two factors. One relied onstructure, second on the system. So that to study information disseminationmechanism, we should start from three aspects: the related to legal of informationdissemination; organization department of information dissemination; means ofinformation dissemination. At the same time we should pay attention on two pointswhen we study on the dissemination mechanism of the National Natural ScienceFoundation of China: first, figure out the interaction relationship between thevarious components; second, study on the division of labor between variouscomponents of the information dissemination.Based on the understanding of the mode of transmission, we must first clarifythe meaning of mode, namely:(1) the concept of mode and reality is one to one.Mode is not the concept purely to describe real things, but rather to abstract thingsand to determine the nature of them;(2) Mode is corresponded to a certain theoryneeding the help of this mode to shape itself. However, mode is not the same astheory, but a theoretical explanation or sketch. Then according to the existingmodes in communication, summarize the characteristics of existing modes oftransmission, and conduct analogous analysis. On that basis we can identify therelationship between the various elements in the communications of informationabout the National Natural Science Foundation of China, to explore a series ofways building up the dissemination of information model.As our society developed, the innovation of new media technology hasbrought new broadcasting environment. Diversification of information-sources,the extension of publicity of information, enhancement of timeliness, and diversification of mode of transmission......All of this has brought greatchallenges of information dissemination to the National Natural ScienceFoundation of China. Considering this new environment, it is necessary improvethe information dissemination mechanism and mode of transmission according tothe characteristics of the times. For the mechanism, in the level of the organizationdissemination, we must set up the spokesman system of the fund, thecommunicational channels of it; analyzing the channels of transmission, we canoptimize the normal communication, and develop diversified channels. Theconstruction mode of transmission about the information on the National NaturalScience Foundation of China can be studied from the background of transmissionsystem, and combining three important communication links: communicators,communication channels and audiences, research the changes in the relationshipbetween information sources, communication channels and audiences under newcommunication environment. Finally we analyses the whole model, forming a newmode of transmission map to a better and effective dissemination of informationfor The Nation Natural Science Foundation of China.
