Measurement and control technology is widely used in Modern science and technology, industry, etc. Wireless monitor network is to link the geographically dispersed basic functional unit in measurement and control system via wireless network. It realizes the wireless transmission of collect data and control commands. Wireless network is esay to apply to these places that wired networks is difficult to cover, it is the important complements of wired networks. Wireless sensor network is a novel Wireless LAN which is made up of wireless sensor network node, it mainly realizes the data transport of different nodes, it has some advantages such as fast networking, convenient organizing network, performance stability and reliability, which can apply to wireless measurement and controlling network. ZigBee technology is the first choice of wireless sensor network.This paper mainly studies wireless sensor network based on ZigBee technology and apply it on magnetoelastic sensor tester measure and control system to realize the build of star, tree wireless measure and control network. Magnetoelastic sensor tester measure and control system mainly include the hardware circuit and software design of coordinator, router, temperature control terminal node and magnetoelastic sensor tester terminal node, the design of PC interface, the realization of remote monitoring.This project use FeiBIt radio core board as hardware platform of ZigBee node. We increase USB interface module based on CH375which realizes the communication between PC and coordinator node and temperature control module which realizes the temperature control of magnetoelastic sensor.Software design uses the ZigBee protocol stack Z-Stack as software platform, the Z-Stack is provided by TI. We Wtite the application layer program of coordinator node, router node, temperature control terminal node and magnetoelastic sensor tester terminal node in magnetoelastic sensor tester measure and control system. We also write the USB interface program and temperature control program.The user interface designed by Lab VIEW, it realizes the communication between PC and coordinator node, the control of terminal node, the display of Collect data. We use the Web Server of LabVIEW to realize remote monitoring.
