The distributed control device based on CAN is started late and backwardness relatively in the application area of domestic construction machinery. the article researches and develops a distributed control system for construction machinery based on CAN bus, The system is used on the real-time job controlling and vehicle fleet scheduling and remote status monitoring, Which is benefit on the interoperability of construction machinery, improve efficiency and maintenance efficiency.For the subjects of Studying and developing a distributed control system for the construction machinery based on CAN bus, this article Analyzes the current problems of construction machinery control, and application environment of the construction machinery, including weather conditions and electrical interference environment. proposes construction machinery controller design requirements, combined with then requirements of pump control system for SANY Truck Mounted Concrete.Studies remote centralized scheduling and vehicle condition monitoring network communication technology based on GSM/GPRS network of national public mobile communications, and CAN bus topology. In order to meet the small quantities of many varieties of construction machinery application status, makes a communication network architecture, the controller’s modular design solution, as well as the system communication protocol with Good compatibility and scalability.Proposes a hardware design with highly reliable control system, including a power port protection, CAN communication port protection, IO port protection, port fault diagnosis, vibration protection, climate protection and other protective functions. additional prepares a large number of common functions and special features of construction machinery control block,for the user to call directly, to shorten the application development cycle.Using the developed control system hardware and the embedded software platform, We builds a four section boom pump arm motion control system, which is verified to be validity of the system design by the motion simulation and real vehicle test.
