With the expanding of the construction machinery application, the controller is the key component of construction machinery, which has been more and more empoldered in recent years.And it consumes a lot of manpower and resources,resulting in a waste of resource. Based on this background, this paper studies on general controller of construction machinery, adopting software CoDeSys to realize the general purpose of construction mechanical controller.First of all, this paper points out the gap between domestic and foreign controllers,and the deficiency as well as the direction of future development of the current controller through the analysis of domestic and international research status of the construction machinery controller. And it describes the practical significance of the subject research.Secondly, the overall design scheme of the construction machinery controller is described, and the scheme of hardware system and software system is determined according to the performance requirements and functional requirements of general controller.Thirdly, the microcontroller TC1793 of the Infineon is selected as the hardware platform core. And the design process of the circuit principle of the each part of hardware system is described. The PCB board is draw through Cadence software, and then the physical hardware production is completed.Fourthly, according to the design of the hardware system, the CoDeSys conforming to the IEC61131 standard is selected as the scheduling core, which develops the software system of controller, including the CoDeSys runtime system migration, the development of the underlying drivers, external libraries and I/O port configuration module.Finally, in view of the current general controller without online diagnostics in the output current, the paper makes a research on the current diagnosis algorithm. And the concrete algorithm is put forward to realize the fault diagnosis of construction machinery through the introduction of the theoretical foundation of the currentdiagnosis. Then the construction mechanical controller’s systematical test is completed on the experimental platform, including the controller’s hardware test,function test, and current diagnosis algorithm test.The designed construction machinery controller adopts the open software CoDeSys and SENSE ADVANCED current diagnosis algorithm, which effectively solves the problem of poor universality and inaccurate fault diagnosis. A new design scheme is provided for the development of the construction mechanical controller, which has good economic benefit and wide application prospect.
