Since its inception, with its strong influence media into all aspects of the social politics、economy、culture and public life, especially the "mass media modernization" today, the understanding of the many almost from the mass media in shaping the "mimicry environment"。 However, in the media market, media in shaping the "pseudo-environment" profit-driven, appeared the phenomenon of anomie, the mainstream ideology gradually by the economic interests of erosion. Therefore, based on the media ethics problems were studied, and then in the specification, the media, has become a pressing matter of the moment.This article takes the domestic and foreign classical ethics and communication theories as the foundation, through elaborating our country newspaper media ethics present situation, the ethical problems of system analysis, giving some suggestions to our country thereby, newspapers, and even the entire media ethics development.This paper is divided into four parts. First, from the domestic and foreign media ethics scholars research present situation, closely linked to the Chinese media market after the media situation, summed up the party newspaper and the newspaper’s economic interests and public opinion, from the ethical dilemmas of the traits and causes of two respects proceed with, analyzed our country media in market transition ethical dilemmas, emphasize the economic benefits is the Media Ethics Anomie phenomenon reason. Secondly, this paper introduces the principle of ethics in the west in detail, and to the West ethics similarities and differences are analyzed, for the Chinese media in market transition has laid a theoretical foundation for ethical decision making. Thirdly, elaborated ethical choice principle and path of China’s media market, put forward in the process of ethical decision making in practice patterns, namely socialist journalism occupation standard. The last part, from raise ethical analysis skills and promote moral sensitivity, called the media ethics and occupation ethics education in such aspects as the standardization of China’s journalism ethics idea, and from accelerate news legislation, strengthen self-discipline, strengthen the external supervision in three aspects put forward our country News Ethics Anomie strategy.With the media market development, public media dependent increasing.
