Along with china semiconductor industry quick growth, advanced microprocessorproduction lines waere built up in real production environment.Lean and copy exactlymethodologies also get vast application in many factories. However, traditional factoryproduction floor data management and analysis normaly just base on single equipmentor signle station which have data sharing and low efficiency problems. Purpose of thisthesis is to design and develop base on engineer data transfer and data analysis MESsystem under high volume, high accuracy and high security factory networkenvironment. According this system engineers can monitor and figure out factorytool/process status quickly and accurately.We analysis and develop B/S (Client/Server) MES system embed data sharing,data accuracy, data transfer time consideration. Manufacturing Execution System islinkage of corporation information which can provide user quick response, accurateanalysis and exact operation environment. MES system backside database use SQLserver2005and interface build on ASP.NET. It can syncretism many equipments andstations key data, such as epoxy weight and solder ball height, then upload them to localintranet database for store and management. Operation interface setup on Web andASP.NET technology which can help user quick visit and manipulate data and statisticmodel embed into system can help user do timely and accurate analysis. Friendlynetwork interface can show histogram or process control chart base on actual dataanalysis result, combine with quality response flow chart which tell operators howhandle problem solving. In the mean time, a series of data result can monitor processtrend efficiently and engineer base on these information can conclude continual qualityimprovement plan.Currently, the system has been successfully launched and operated in a realproduction floor. The practical application shows that the system is reasonably designed,functional and easy to use. It greatly enhanced process data management, carriedforward the factory information improvement progress, and brought siginificant positiveefforts on quality and yield.
