The Analysis And Application Of Data Integration For Order Response System

According to the project of National 863 Plan of China (No.2003AA414045)—Small and Mid-Size Manufacturing Enterprise Informationization Oriented Integration System Development and Implementation and the project of Zhejiang province (No.2003C1101)—Research on Agile Production Management System with application. This thesis studies how to solve the problem of data requirement in the small and mid-size manufacturing enterprise that has much legacy information system. After the analysis about the process and data requirement of order response, a solution for the data requirement problem in order response has been designed, and the technology of data detect and data update have been studied. Finally analyzed the real case of order response system in Zhejiang 001 electronic group.In chapter one, first introduced the background of this paper; then introduced the key technology which is used to solve the problem about data requirement in order response; finally, the objective, meaning and main work of the paper are presented.In chapter two, after the analysis about the process and data requirement of order response, discussed the integration possibility between the order response system and other information system, and then concluded the relation between the taches in the process of order response, the related data in the taches and the other information system.In chapter three, a solution for the data requirement problem in order response has been designed; then the solution for the main technology to solve the integration problem about the data requirement in order response has been studied: First analyzed the feasibility about the solution of the data detect technology, and then studied the method to realize it. After that, studied the solution of the data update technology, mainly studied the approach of integration module.In the forth chapter, base on the discussion above, firstly discussed the project background and the process of order response in 001 group, and then analyze the data requirement. Finally, combine with the order response in 001 group, introduced the solution for the problem about data requirement.Chapter five summarized the achievements and shortcomings of the thesis, the future research work is also suggested.
