The rapid development of science and technology liberated mankind from physical labor continually. One of the landmark event is the robot. The robot’s high efficiency, high precision and high response speed of its action can help human complete a lot of arduous, tedious, dangerous work. The robot can be used in many fileds,from micro-surgery machinery, life monitor to space exploration, lunar rover, deep-sea probes, offshore oil exploration, space shuttle robotic arm etc. Power portable system is to imitate the human lower limb bone system, combined with sensor technology, computer technology, control technology to provide power for human walking, expand capacity of human exercise, and enhance the body strength. At present, it has been widely used to help the old and the disabled, in rehabilitation training.The perceptual system is one of the most important elements of the portable power devices. The good perception ability is the basis of the motion control of portable system, and it has a directly influence on power portable systems’s mobility and controllability. To the wearable walking power system, because of the movement of the external exoskeletons is person-oriented, needs real-time and accurate detection of human motion parameters while the while the time-varying and complex characteristics puts forward higher requirements to the portable powerthe device-aware system.The main research work in this article is to Design and Implementate aware system of power accompanying device according to the control system requirements。mainly contents:perceive system’s design and realization of human power portable systems, including the selection of the sensor, installation and sensor’s layout settings, the perceptual system’s logic design; realization of front-end sensor circuits and data transmission system, including the acquisition of multiple sensor signals, amplification regulate circuit’s design and implementation, and the design of data acquisition card and the data transmission system. According to project’s requirements, all circuits of the perceptual system have realized, and the layout design of various sensors have completed,and the collected sensor data can be real-time transferred through the CAN bus to PC control board. A large number of sensor information has been obtained through experiments, finally the collected sensor data have been analyzed by matlab software, mainly include oil source pressure sensor, knee joint angle encoder, hydraulic cylinder pressure sensor and plantar pressure sensor.
