In recent years, with the rapid development of mobile communication technologyand Internet of Things technology, mobile communication terminal, which is an organicfusion of mobile communication technology, RFID technology, wireless networktechnology and other modern information technology, has shown a trend of explosivedevelopment. Nowadays, RFID mobile phone is mainly based on NFC technology allover the world. However, NFC frequency is13.56MHz, which has congenitalrestrictions, such as short reading and writing distance, so there is huge developmentspace for UHF RFID telephone. This dissertation is based on these points, and regardsUHF read and write functions as the starting point, the telephone terminal as the basepoint. A UHF RFID phone based on CBP5.7is researched and implemented.First of all, background of RFID mobile phone is introduced from the view of cellphones and UHF read and write, including its development history and current situation.Then the research status of the UHF RFID telephone is introduced.Secondly, the hardware schematic of the UHF RFID phone is analyzed. Becausethis article is based on CDMA platform, the analysis is divided into the basic principlesof CDMA and the basic principles UHF RFID mobile phones.Thirdly, the whole architecture of the UHF RFID phone is researched. Accordingto the major modules, detail schemes and chip selections are done.Fourthly, the specific designs of base band, power management and RFID moduleare implemented. At the same time, design ideas of every part are presented.Fifthly, the dissertation designs PCB layout, implements and tests the function oftelephone. The test results prove the design is feasible and right.Finally, the dissertation summaries the main work and the following work ispointed out.
