To find useful information can support making a strategic decision thatbase on digging data with the apparent and normal data which especially be used tocluster present customer. Aforesaid words may lead to market that according to realsituation. Some functions of the customer relationship management system softwarewhich is installed on Huitiancheng Company are relatively sophisticated directly lead tocomplicated operation. However, the present software processed nothing of marketingdata which faced an embarrassed situation.The thesis use advanced theory and methodology, analyze the real situation ofHuitiancheng Company, make clear its requirement of routine and profoundrequirement of analyzing data, to design and to develop and to apply, to make sure itsusefulness and forward-looking. The thesis used UML tool, Objet-Oriented modeling,and described the requirement in specification of softeware engineering, with.NETframework, C#language, B/S atchitecture, Visual studio2008, and SQL Server database.In order to ensure the future expansion of software, we designed data warehouse in starmodling. The users can directly recongnize how many groups about current customers,and recognize the identities of these groups by way of cluster analyzing in RFMmodling. This function is realized by K-means arithmetic. The thesis designed asolution which can accomplish business and analyzing data with web interface yet clientcan free installation.The thesis accomplished Huitiancheng Liquor CRM software which installed onHuitiancheng Company. The users said, the operation is simple, completed thetransaction, It reflected facts, has a strong practicability. The software graduallyestablished firm foundation for the company’s marketing that benefited in customerservice.
