Based On The Flex The Rich Client Technology Research And Implementation Of Community Management System

The basic information management system of community population applied inDongsheng district is a new model which is based on FLEX technology, centralized andunified planned and realizes the information sharing. Taking the present populationinformation as the basic data, this system achieves the query, orientation, census andmanagement of the community population basic information. Thus it forms a networkedition of community population basic information management system suitable formodern community management.This thesis expounds in detail the design and implementation process ofDongsheng district’s community population basic information management system. Thesystem is based on the Linux environment, adopting B/S architecture design, using theActionScript3.0programming language and JavaScript script language. Its data baseadopts Oracle10g Database. Its development tool uses MyEclipse7.5. Its map serveruses open source version of the GeoServer. So the system has universal property andcaters for the practical application.The management of community population basic information realizes the linkageof estate information and building electronic map via WFS-T services released byGeoServer. The property address is located by the highlight and center marks inelectronic map. If a person is selected by passing the query criteria, the currentpopulation and the real estate location on the map will be able to viewed, even moreinformation of this person, as well as his family members’ will be available, which trulyreflects the idea of “managing house through the map, managing people through thehouse, finding house through people and interacting between the map and people”.Another bright spot of this system is the graphic statistics function. The generateddiagram after the selection of index item can intuitively express and compare variousstatistical data. Using the system will make it convenient for the government at alllevels to manage the population’s basic information, and also convenient for thegovernment decision-making layer to analyze and make decision.
