UAV flight control system is the core system of UAV. It’s state will impact to thesafety of the whole flight, So the reliability of the UAV flight control system isextremely important.Now the existing diagnosis method is based on the siginal that’sfeed back from the fault place,this mothod can,t reflact the level effect.This paperpresent the new method will reflact the leveal effect. improve the efficiency andaccuracy of UAV flight control system and has the important significance to thedevelopment of our aviation.This paper introduces the fault diagnosis and expert system concept, principle.Byunderstanding the aviation sector on the basis of the fault diagnosis, this paper putsforward the method of expert system for building up UAV flight control system faultdiagnosis system. considering the characteristics of UAV flight control system.Thispaper proposes the knowledge representation of produce type,builts up the one levelfault knowledge table,two level fault knowledge table and the rule base.Basing on the analysis of the reasoning method, this paper use the comprehensiveinference strategy and the Subjective Bayes method.this method not only refect the leveleffect,but also has good efficiency of reasoning and acctracy rate.In this paper the Modeling method of object-oriented software, unified modelinglanguage, design patterns and other new software engineering methods are used to carryout comprehensive and systematic research and design. After full investigation andstudy of the maintenance of the UAV flight control system,basing the requirement ofthe design,confirmed the design requirements of the diagnosis system. Through thesystem requirements analysis, the system is divided into levels and the system analysismodel is created. Based on the analysis models, the software design patterns are used tosolve problems in the software design of the FLCC system. The serial port is used forreceiving and sending data that’s coming from the flight control computing.After theanalysis, modeling and design, the system is developed by using Visual C++tools andother related technologies. At last using a group of data to test this system has good performance of faultdiagnosis and has achieved the anticipated design goal....
