As information technology and computer network technology continues to evolvewith the popularity, Web-based applications are increasingly being used to establishcampus network, each office, student dormitories can be directly linked to the campusnetwork, which achieve conditions for applications of the water profession knowledgeprovides a service management system.Web-based data mining service profession knowledge of water managementinformation system data volume, functional variety, is a data-based, service-oriented,expert, management-oriented database system. The system makes full use of technicalcolleges strengths and knowledge of reserves, based on the faculty, college students andthe general water science enthusiasts. Chaotic mass of information through effectivedata collation and classification, data maintenance and management to improve thetimeliness and accuracy, help system users to quickly retrieve data of interest. Theopening of e-classroom for the majority of users of the system without a teacher to builda platform for learning and independent study, online expert counseling, answering andmaking rich use of the system function, enhance students’ interest in school. Onlinecustomer service and the introduction of message system so users can always putforward their views and suggestions, and system administrators in maintaining,operating system. This paper details the water profession, Knowledge managementsystem architecture, function modules, database and data mining part of part of thedesign and implementation.The system meets the unit’s development trend of information technology,effectively reduces the labor costs, improve work efficiency. The system is designed forthe vocational college’s staff and students in Chongqing water to build a comprehensiveservice-oriented systems and learning platforms to improve the school system’s use ofthe existing situation, to update and greatly enrich the school information database forteachers and students provide data to support teaching and research, to help visitors assoon as possible to acquire the relevant knowledge points and technical means toeffectively reduce labor costs, improve work efficiency. Since this research is based on Web technology and data mining techniques, there is a certain edge and comprehensive,so have some academic value, the more important social significance and more obviousby the benefits.
