Plan and research of application and database system of Shanghai R&D Public Service Platform plays a significant part in information system construction of the platform.China National Science and Technology Platform is the foundation that makes the advancement of Chinese S&T.As the important part of the National Platform,Shanghai R&D Public Service Platform is an open service system of S&T. It provides the all-around,convenient and systematic public service of S&T for scientists and technicians from the universities,research institutions,enterprises or the public.Constructing the information system and computer network is the key technique for the platform.Furthermore,the software architecture and design methods of the application system and database of the platform are the core technology.On the basis of analyzing R&D practical activities and S&T services,this thesis makes clear the actual state of the platform and finds issues,in contrast with the early domestic and overseas relevant status.The contents of the plan and research are about application model of scientific database,literature and instrument based on the business processes and service model of the platform.By means of advanced network information technology such as data mining,data warehousing and grid,this thesis discusses how to design the grid services architecture and web services resource framework of the platform.With the method of structured analysis,this text expounds the general disciplinarian of constructing application and database system of R&D public service platform after the layered and module study of processes.In addition, this thesis also suggests building the technology specifications of the platform and introduces new techniques such as Machine Learning and Knowledge Base.This thesis provides two points of innovation:(1) Being Advanced and Systematic.In the field of domestic R&D,this thesis takes the lead in systematically studying the general disciplinarian of R&D practical activities and constructing information support architecture of R&D service through the relevant technology of data mining and grid.The text finds the approaches and ways that scientific database,literature and instrument enter the platform through OGSA(Open Grid Services Architecture).Research contributes to the technology foundation which raises the platform to a more important rank. (2) Collaborative R&D and Inter-Domain Service.After specially studying the UIS(Unified Identity Service) system and the support architecture of R&D service about Inter-Field,Inter-System and Inter-Station service,this thesis reasonably plans the SSO(Single Sign On) system and Inter-Domain service architecture between the web portal,many information centers and multiple websites of Shanghai R&D Public Service Platform.Research contributes to the solution of establishing the working environment of Collaborative R&D.In a word,this thesis proffers the research result that information network system of Shanghai R&D Public Service Platform can be built to deal with the realistic problem of unshared resource of science and technology.
