Taxation informationization refers to the tax work which makes full use of network,computer application and other means of technology to realize the electron, networkingand informationization of the entire business process, including tax returns, dataprocessing, tax registration, invoice management, queries and tax collection. Theinformationization of taxation system is closely linked with it of the enterprises andindividuals. Accordingly, electronic taxation became an important part of China’sgovernment departments at all levels.This thesis proposed the solutions for Wenjiang inland revenue E-governmentnetwork based on JAVA and NUTZ framework technology due to the incompleteness ofthe informationization. This scheme enabled the tax authorities to publish the latestregulations, notice and working conditions. It also provided functions like openinggovernmental affairs, the download of information, tax calculation, prizes invoicequeries, online survey and leaving messages, making it open, fair and convenient toserve the people.
