In the whole process of management in modern companies，the management ofERP system is very important，ERP system plays a very important part in moderninformation management、 enhancing the enterprise operation efficiency andStrengthening enterprise competitive. It is a powerful instrument in enterprise. Bill ofmaterial，we called BOM，is the basic important data in ERP system，it has the relationof the enterprise’s departments. It is the basis in the data information in ERP system，ithas great influence in ERP system’s practice. The magnitude of the effects contains inmany ways，for example，materials demand planning、production design、stock amount、Product Tracking and so on. At a result，in order to research well ERP system，theresearch of the BOM is very critical.This dissertation analyses the jiangxi yangzhong Industrial Limited corporation，from the sole features of the enterprise，analyses the research on the present condition ofERP、BOM；the meaning of the BOM；the plan、achievement and the test of the system.Finally，it realizes the effective management of BOM in ERP system.On the basis of the enterprise development， the plan department and theachievement department all propose the total plan in designing structure of entiresegment module. It also proposes the plan of the data bank’s relation function。Finally, itaccomplishes the test work in ERP system. The dissertation uses the basic frame is theEXTJS frame, and by means of the relation operation of the persistence layer in ERPsystem, and by means of assembly in ERP system dependency injection。The Bom’smaintainability and expansibility are very well in this system. The reusable level is high,o it benefits of the use and management for the total system.
