A Study On The Optimization Of Internet Ervice For Current Record In The Archive

On the other hand, with the development of science technology and the information construction of archives, conducting Internet services in the Archive has become an inevitable trend. The means of services offered in the centers of current record is a great breakthrough compared with the traditional means of services, and they have bright and broad future. At the same time, due to the restrictions of information technology, Internet services for current record has much space to be improved.The optimization of Internet service for current record in the archive can effectively overcome the deficiencies of current situation concerning the utilization of current record, improve quality of service for current record, enhance the utilization and sharing of information resources of current record, and realize the value of information resources of current record. Based on the analyses of the current situation and limitations of the services offered by the archives concerning current record, this thesis probes into the theory ground and realistic basis of conducting Internet service for current record and the main problems it confronts during the process of development, and offers some helpful solutions and optimization schemes to solve these problems.This thesis can be divided into four parts.The first part explains the necessity of the optimization of Internet service for current record from the perspective of deficiencies of administrative agencies in offering Internet service for current record and the embarrassing service situation of current record in the archive.The second part specifically analyzes the theory ground and realistic basis of the optimization of Internet service for current record in the archive.The third part probes into the optimization schemes of Internet service for current record in the archive.The fourth part analyzes the obstacles of achieving the optimization of Internet service for current record in the archive, and brings forward corresponding solutions.
