After the upgrading, the system can achieve instant messaging, online circulation of documents, drafting posting, email mailing, resource sharing and so on, and can connect with private network of organization departments at all levels.First, this paper analyzed the development meaning and the development trend of the Intranet Office System for Organization Department, and gives out the work instructions of the paper. Thesis describes the system overall business and analyzes the specific business, and finally displays on the concrete realization of the key technologies and interface. In the developing of the system, we use JAVA language, JBPM workflow technology, Struts framework and DAO technology to make the system optimize. At the same time, we make the interdependence within the system minimize in technology, and makes the requirements of the system operator coming to the lowest, so we can achieve the work linkage and reduce the cost of the management of the system. This paper describes the design and implementation of the system, the structure, function and characteristics in detail.In this paper, we base on the current situation of the Organization Department of Kuiwen District Committee of Weifang City, analyzing the R&D operations and developing the application software system according the business management of the Organization Department of Kuiwen District Committee.Administrative office management, party and government documents management, data file sharing management, office communication management and information service management are the important composition parts of the system.
