In recent years, the effectiveness of vocational education informatization constructionis clear, however, from an overall point of view, vocational education informationconstruction and career development requirements there is a large gap. The one hand, theweak foundation of vocational education in the management of public services platform,shared digitization is a serious shortage of teaching resources, information managementlevel is relatively backward, on the other hand, vocational schools also widespreadunderdeveloped infrastructure, high-quality digital teaching resource shortages, IT in theteaching field application level, not high, it is difficult to adapt to the actual needs of thevocational education reform and development.The main content of the papers and innovative summarized as follows:Building a cloud platform repository environment background and research status, inorder to determine the purpose of this study, the significance, ideas, methods and maincontent proposed crack vocational education teaching resource library building facing thehigh cost of construction, the digital divide low degree of practical problems of building andsharing, which discussed the urgency of the need to co-build a cloud platform resourcelibrary.Details of the scientific concepts, the basic hierarchies, the key technology and itstechnical characteristics and advantages of the cloud platform and cloud platformarchitecture, service mode, the application mechanism.Start from the analysis of the main problems of the current teaching resourcesinventory in focusing on the demand for vocational education teaching resource library,and put forward measures to achieve demand strategy, provide theoretical support andscientific basis for the the cloud platform resource library construction.Elaborated teaching resource database based on Eucalyptus cloud platformdevelopment, design, construction and realization of the main functions of the system willhave an inestimable impact on education, teaching, scientific research. Blog technology tobuild a personal space; built using Wiki technology teachers and students to create a builda platform of resources, resources and sustainability.Design a set of test resources library programs, tools use LoadrUnnerll test theinstances tested repository construction and implementation of the program is a scientificand feasible.
