The Design And Implementation Of The Multi General Archives Administration System For Shandong Iron And Steel Group Based On B/S+C/S Structure

The archives refer to preserved of the writing, the graph of value, audio-visual, and the different forms of historical records, which involved state organs, social organizations and individuals engaged in the political, military, economic, scientific, technical, cultural, religious and other activities of the form directly to the state and society in the past and present time. The Archives is a non-renewable resource, for the development of national in each fields has an important reference value for the conservation and, is the historical truth records and our precious cultural wealth. Without archives, the archives work can’t survive.The archives administration modernization, is using the application of modern management principles, the application of advanced technology and the advanced equipment, giving full play to the archives administration initiative, enthusiasm and creative, to the archives of scientific management, so that the archives administration can be systematic, quantitative, information and intelligence, which works effectively for national construction service.According to the archives law of the People’s Republic of China and other relevant law and policy requirements, Shandong Iron and Steel group archives administration system is established. The purpose of the program is to realize the digital collection, conversion, cataloging, encryption and intelligent filing of the paper records and electronic documents (including history OCR data, OA system data, assets report data, audit data, audio and video information, photos, information, slide, etc). Establish archives system interface, realizing the current business with hall authority of the construction of the system and the future information system files docking; hall authority unified identity authentication system docking, according to the identity of the visitors to realize information to identify the grading of the content files, validation, output and query management.Firstly, this paper bases on the discussing of the archives administration system for Shandong Iron and Steel Group, analyses the functional and non-functional requirement, and describes particularly the system requirement by the flow chart.According to the requirement analyzing, this paper gives the system architecture design for the archives administration system of Shandong Iron and Steel Group. Based on the system requirements, this paper puts up the system design goals and principles, and then separately discusses the technology and functional structures. Technology structure is about the extensibility, the maintenance and the performance of system. In the functional structure, this paper discusses the composition of each part, and finally puts up a system function flow.Following the architecture design, this paper particularly designs this archives administration system. According to the diversity management and the integrative management, this paper describes every module’s design. In the system architecture, for the sake of sufficiency comprehension to the archives administration, this paper simply introduces the overall informational system in Shandong Iron and Steel Group, and analyzes the archives administration system’s function and position in the whole system. And then, the paper puts up the whole structure of this system. After realizing the whole structure, this paper particularly discusses each modules’ design, according to the diversity management and the integrative management offered by the requirement analyzing part.Next, based on the detailed design, this paper introduces each parts’ implementation, and puts forward the system result pictures. Finally, this paper introduces the system test, and particularly analyzes the environment and the progress of load test.At last, this paper introduces the application of the system of Shandong Iron and Steel Group, and proposes an advice for further improvement.
