Design And Development Of Enterprise Internal Communication Platform

Enterprise Internal Communication Platform belongs to the application of Instant MessagingSystem. The software of the instant messaging system based on computer network effectivelyenhances the work efficiency, reduces the office expenses and improves the economic benefits of theenterprise. At present, the research on the network instant messaging is the main direction ofcomputer network research, especially the research and application for the enterprise which hasbecame hotspots both at home and abroad.Although there are many software about the internal communication of the enterprise, but manyof them only provide the client application software not the sever software for free to download.Therefore, these software are no use for the ones who want to make the Instant Messaging System oftheir own enterprise. There are many kinds of the server and the client software like ICQ for free todownload, but many of them can’t provide source program. Even exist, the instruction of theprogram is too simply to be used for enterprise.It’s very necessary to develop kind of application software which can meet the needs of internalcommunication of enterprise based on enterprise actual condition. Once the enterprise has its owninternal communication software, the function of the software can be expanded constantly whenneeded.This thesis, based on actual needs, has introduced one instant communication applicationsoftware of C/S structure in detail, which developed by Visual C++6.0software development tooland Microsoft Office Access2003database tool in Windows XP operation system.The application software is divided into server and client. The server software mainly consistsof “Organize Information Management Module”,” Account Information Management Module”,”User Information Management Module”,” Database Management Module”,“CommunicationProtocol Module” and” User Online Testing Module”. The client software mainly consists of “LoginModule”,” Communication Protocol Module”,” Message Sending Module”,” Contact Person AddingModule”,“Password Changing Module” and” System Setting Module”. Both the TCP and the UTPprotocol have been used in this software. How the server and the client software use the TCP and theUTP protocol to achieve communication, achieve the function of the client login the server, achievethe function of point to point, point to multi-point communication, achieve the function of useron-line testing, achieve the function of transferring and downloading files over internet has beenelaborated in this thesis.
